All In Sweat

All In is a heart pumping, muscle building workout that will challenge your cardio, core and strength. We will focus on 4-6 full body strength training moves combined with 2-8 minute cardio intervals. This combination provides you a complete, fat burning, strength building workout.

SE ENDURE

Every SE workout is formatted around strength and cardio stations.

SE ENDURE will focus on the cardio component of fitness. Comprised of intervals, challenges that will get your heart pumping

Strength stations will be full body movements, smaller muscle groups, and core.

Most strength sets will be based on time. So no specific weight x rep counting.

Heart rate intensity level will range from 75-90+%.

This workout will leave you sweaty, breathing hard, and energized!

SE STRONG
Every SE workout is formatted around strength and cardio stations.
SE STRONG will focus on the 4 major lifting movements: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull.
Cardio stations will serve as an active recovery and not meant to push you to exhaustion.
The reps counts will be lower so you can focus on strength and form.

SE STRONG
Lower Sweat is very similar to the All In workout, but we will focus more on specific lower body exercises. Be prepared to squat, lunge, squeeze and lift your way to a strong lower body. This workout will torch calories along with toning and strengthening your legs and bootie.

Upper Sweat

Upper Sweat is very similar to the All In workout, but we will focus more on specific upper body exercises. Be prepared to press, pull, curl, and lift your way to a strong upper body. This class will ensure that you will get a maximum calorie burn along with core work and arms.

MyZone

We offer the MYZONE training system, which is a state of the art tracking device. Every workout that you complete at Sweat Equity will be stored to your personal file. On top of that, every workout that you do outside of Sweat Equity will be stored. The software will help keep you on track, stay motivated and measure your results. SE Lift

SE Lift is a strength training class that will lead you through a set of lifts with adequate rest periods. This slower paced class will help you learn technique and progress on your strength gains. This class will use periodization to maximize your results. Don’t expect much or any cardio in this workout. This class is a great change up to our All In Sweat classes.

Youth Class
Our youth class is designed for 12-16 year olds who are looking to improve their sports performance or would just like to get into better shape. The instructor will tailor the workout to the abilities and goals of the individual.
Currently only held in Coronado

Sweat 45

Sweat 45 shorter version of the standard Sweat Equity workout. You will learn how to use the equipment correctly, work on basic strength, body weight, and core exercises using proper form in a fun environment. This smaller class will allow for personal attention, injury prevention, or a great alternative if you don’t have time to go the full hour.

Sweat 101

Sweat 101 is an intro class for Sweat Equity. You will learn how to use the equipment, work on body weight strength and core using proper movements. This smaller class is designed to prepare you for the All In workout. Sweat 101 is not part of the unlimited membership. You will purchase a punch card to attend this class. Click here to purchase.
