SE Strength and Endurance

SE Strength and Endurance is our bread and butter workout. It a heart pumping, muscle building workout that will challenge your endurance, strength and core. We will focus on 4-6 strength training moves combined with 2-8 minute individualized intensity cardio intervals. This combination provides you a complete, fat burning, strength building workout. A MyZone heart rate monitor is suggested for this class.

SE Endurance

SE Endurance is a cardio first class. You will be led through intervals on our variety of cardio machines combined with body weight movements, med ball exercises, ropes, and anything else to keep your heart rate up. A MyZone heart rate monitor is suggested for this class.

SE Strength

SE Strength is a strictly lifting class that will lead you through a set of lifts with adequate rest periods. This slower paced class will help you learn technique and progress on your strength gains. This class will use periodization to maximize your results. Don’t expect much or any cardio in this workout. This class is a great change up to our All In Sweat classes.

Mondays and Thursdays

Our Strength and Endurance class will focus on individualized interval training combined with an upper body strength focus.

Tuesdays and Fridays

Our Strength and Endurance class will focus on individualized interval training combined with a lower body strength focus.

Wednesdays and Saturdays

Our Strength and Endurance class will focus on individualized interval training combined with a full body strength focus.

Camp Sweat
Camp Sweat (Coronado) is held Monday -­ Friday for 10 – 13 year olds. The camp is run by Tyler Gilmore, a CHS grad who is a math major attending Vassar University. He is the student athletic trainer for Vassar sports medicine.
Structure:
10am-10:15am: Welcome, discuss plan for the day
10:15 – 11am: Outside warm up
11:00am – Noon: Gym Workout. Body weight movements, high reps, moderate intensity ­ Completion orientated, positive environment
Noon – 12:45pm: Lunch at star park or beach
12:45 – 2:00pm: Team ­based competitions/games on the beach or the gym
