Nick is the owner of Sweat Equity Gym. He has 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and group instructor. Nick has always led by example. His personal passion and dedication to his own fitness level is motivating to all those around him. He inspires his clients with his enthusiasm and permanently positive attitude. Many of Nick’s current clients have been with him his entire career, which is a testament to his work ethic and sincere care of his people.
Anthony brings 12+ years of experience to Sweat Equity and enjoys the opportunity to connect with people through fitness. He believes that longevity is the foundation of any fitness program and that exercise should be fun, creative, and empowering. Anthony will help you reach your individual goals with special attention to posture, alignment, and a balanced core
Jen has been involved in competitive sports her whole life. She is extremely well rounded in many types of fitness training and in nutrition. Her passion is contagious and for years she has been a successful motivator in small group classes in area gyms. Anyone who takes her class leaves feeling uplifted and encouraged. She was Sweat Equity’s first instructor and is loved by all her clients and trainers alike.
Kylee (Wilson) Freimuth started her career as a personal trainer in 2006. She is A.C.E certified, has her A.A. from Bellevue College, and studied personal training at Lake Washington Technical College. She became interested in fitness after swimming competitively in high school, and then competing in her first triathlon when she was in her early twenties. She has since gone on to finish Ironman Canada, as well as many other events. Triathlons have taught her that we are capable of so much more than we think we are. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to help unlock our true potential. She believes in an ever-changing approach to personal fitness to avoid plateaus. She specialize in building personalized workout and nutritional plans to help clients achieve their long-term health and fitness goals. Also, she has extensive experience with injury prehab and rehab.
Sam comes to Sweat Equity with 6+ years of experience teaching classes and personal training. Creating fun and effective workouts that help clients succeed at reaching their goals is what drives him. He believes there is no one size fits all exercise program and will tailor workouts to meet the needs of any client. Energy is contagious and Sam always brings a positive upbeat attitude into the gym.
Tacy comes with many years of competitive gymnastics and fitness experience to Sweat Equity. Her drive, passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness radiates from her. Tacy found within fitness she could use her experiences to connect and inspire others to step outside their comfort zones, to set and achieve personal goals. Her energetic attitude brings lots of fun and sunshine to anyone who gets the chance to work with or take class with her. When she’s not teaching classes you can usually find her cheering on and uplifting our members and community.

This value of harmony was instilled in me at a young age while growing up in Hawaii and has played a huge role in determining my career path and ultimately, how I live my life. My goal as a fitness trainer is to work with others so they rediscover that harmony, a balance in their body, mind and spirit and make positive changes in the direction of their own true journey. I am committed to those I serve and have maintained a core group of people as clients over 10 years.. I have shown that same commitment to martial arts and most recently, as a firefighter, incorporating those teachings into how I train with others.
