High-Quality Personal Training in Bellevue

Sweat Equity isn’t just a group fitness gym; we offer one-on-one personal training in Bellevue too. If you’re looking for an ultra-personalized, complete workout tailored to your specific fitness goals, our personal training might be right for you.

How It Works

At your initial meeting, your Sweat Equity Bellevue personal trainer will go over your fitness goals and learn what you’re specifically wanting to get out of your sessions. We’ll cover any injuries or limitations (which we can work with and around) and go over your unique health and fitness history. If you have any questions or concerns, we can address them at this time.

Your trainer will then create an individualized program tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall health and fitness, lose weight, or build muscle and strength, we’ll design a complete, personalized workout to get you from where you are now to where you want to be – and we’ll support you the whole way.

If there was ever a moment to follow your passion and do something that matters to you, that moment is now.”

Paul Ignacio

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” – Gandhi

This value of harmony was instilled in me at a young age while growing up in Hawaii and has played a huge role in determining my career path and ultimately, how I live my life. My goal as a fitness trainer is to work with others so they rediscover that harmony – a balance in their body, mind and spirit – and make positive changes in the direction of their own true journey. I am committed to those I serve and have maintained a core group of people as clients over 10 years. I have shown that same commitment to martial arts and most recently, as a firefighter, incorporating those teachings into how I train with others.

Hear From Our Members

Fun, passionate trainers keep you motivated, as does the loyal clientele that come day after day. I have been spending 3 to 5 days a week at Sweat Equity for more than 2 years now and it has changed my life. Before long I was having to buy new clothes, and now I look like I have been fit my whole life. Still spend time at Sweat Equity, and look forward to it everyday.

This is my favorite place to sweat! Everything from the amazing teachers to the varied workouts and the amazing community is beyond 5 stars. The people I take classes with have become like family, and I look forward to class every day. I've also gained so much strength and endurance because of this gym – they've changed my life! Love my Sweat Equity Family!

By far the best workout and studio in Coronado and San Diego. I have not met a teacher/coach I have not liked. All teachers are nice, welcoming, well educated and very attentive. I am so impressed by the constantly changing workout and the amazing energy in this gym. It is very well-maintained and clean. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
