Tacy found within fitness she could use her experiences to connect and inspire others to step outside their comfort zones, to set and achieve personal goals. Her energetic attitude brings lots of fun and sunshine to anyone who gets the chance to work with or take class with her. When she’s not teaching classes you can usually find her cheering on and uplifting our members and community. “Life is short. If there was ever a moment to follow your passion and do something that matters to you, that moment is now.”

Paul Ignacio

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” – Gandhi

This value of harmony was instilled in me at a young age while growing up in Hawaii and has played a huge role in determining my career path and ultimately, how I live my life. My goal as a fitness trainer is to work with others so they rediscover that harmony – a balance in their body, mind and spirit – and make positive changes in the direction of their own true journey. I am committed to those I serve and have maintained a core group of people as clients over 10 years. I have shown that same commitment to martial arts and most recently, as a firefighter, incorporating those teachings into how I train with others.
